Scenic lift during winter

The PyhäExpress chairlift serves pedestrians as a scenic lift according to the lift's normal opening hours. A trip to Pyhä is not complete if you haven't seen the landscape from the top of the fell, right at the edge of the national park.

Pedestrian tickets are not sold online. The most convenient way to buy a pedestrian ticket is from a ticket machine. The nearest machine is located in front of Alavuokraamo, right next to the lower station of the lift. Only card payments can be made to the machine. Rental shops sell pedestrian tickets from the service desk, as well as the reception of Hotel Pyhätunturi.
